What’s Your Must-Have Travel Hack for Client-Facing Trips?

I do a ton of work travel where I’m constantly meeting clients and dining out on 3-5 day trips. It took me a minute to figure out the best setup, but I think I’ve nailed it down pretty well now. I’m curious to hear what you guys might suggest adding or swapping out. Here’s what I’m currently rocking: I roll with a two-bag system – a 36L hardshell cabin bag (Horizn H5) as my main bag and a Bellroy Transit 20L as my personal item/daily carry. In terms of clothes, I pack 2 button-down shirts, a knit polo, a blazer (worn on the plane), 2 pairs of trousers, jeans for casual evenings, dress shoes on my feet, and sneakers in the bag. For tech gear, I bring my laptop and charger, an Anker 20W wall charger, AirPods Pro, and a portable battery pack. Other essentials include a Bellroy toiletry kit, a Coleman Freeflow water bottle, and a trusty notebook.

What’s the game-changer for you on trips like these? I’m keen to know if there’s anything not so obvious that has significantly improved your travel experience. And let me know if there’s anything missing from my setup that could make these trips even smoother. I’m all ears for the hidden gems!
